The AMBEX YM-2 (5 lb batch roaster) is the perfect roaster for the retail environment. It has the traditional look of larger drum roasters in a compact size. The YM-2 utilizes the same digital controls with bean and exhaust probes as our larger YM-5, YM-10, and YM-15 roasters resulting for an easy transition as you grow. Easy to use flame control, split flame atmospheric burners and sparkless pilot igniters allow for batch sizes well below the 5 lb maximum. Preset audio alarms make roasting in the retail environment simple, safe, and profitable.
