Welcome to www.astraex.com (“Site” or “Website”).

This website is owned and operated by Astralis Pte Ltd. from Singapore. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “platform”, “AstraEx” and “our” refer to Astralis Pte Ltd. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, you (“Buyer” or “Seller” – collectively referred to as “User”) engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, users and/ or contributors of content.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND DISCLAIMERS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, OR ANY OTHER OF OUR POLICY, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICES.

AstraEx – General Information

• About. AstraEx is an agricultural classified and e-commerce marketplace website that allows businesses to individuals around the world to post their products for sale. It also allows businesses to setup their individual stores to sell their product directly via AstraEx. To find out more information about what we do, please refer to our website.
  
  
• Sole discretion. We reserve the right to add/discontinue any product or service anytime at our sole discretion.
  
  

Eligibility

The website use is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. AstraEx makes no representation that materials contained in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. This Site and any services or products offered on the Site are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and any services or products offered on the Site are not available to and may not be used by minors.

Responsibility

AstraEx acts as an online agriculture classified/marketplace platform to allow our users who comply with these Terms to offer, sell, and buy agriculture products and services listed on the Website. AstraEx is not a party to any transactions, has no control over any element of such transactions, and shall have no liability to any party in connection with such transactions. You use the Service and the Website at your own risk and any liability is between the buyer and seller only. More broadly speaking, the Users guarantee Astralis Pte Ltd. against any claims raised by third parties in connection with the wording of their Product Pages and/or the description of the Products that they offer for sale on AstraEx.

Transaction Cancellation

The same transaction can only be cancelled up to 5 times mutually within an Order.

Payments Terms of Use – Introduction

These Payments Terms of Use set out the terms on which the AstraEx Payment Entities set forth below offer you Payment Services in relation to your use of the AstraEx Services. Your use of the AstraEx Services will continue to be governed by the Terms & Conditions applicable to you. Capitalized terms used, but not defined, in these Payments Terms of Use have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms & Conditions. The applicable Terms & Conditions, related AstraEx policies, or other agreements between you and us (for example, a billing agreement) may include provisions regarding your use of the AstraEx Services without Managed Payments (as defined below) which may conflict with these Payments Terms of Use. You understand that, with respect to our Payment Services, these Payments Terms of Use supersede any and all such conflicting provisions. You agree to comply with these Payments Terms of Use when accessing or using our Payment Services.

These Payments Terms of Use are between you and the applicable AstraEx Payment Entities, as set forth below.

General Payment Terms

About Payments on AstraEx Services

You agree to have the AstraEx Payment service receive or execute payments on your behalf in relation to your use of the AstraEx Services, and manage settlement of related payments to you (referred to as “Managed Payments,” “Payment Services,” or similar names).

Buyers and Sellers are able to transact through AstraEx via the accepted payment methods for transaction processing services indicated in the following list:

• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Cards

We may modify the scope of payment methods available at our sole discretion.

The underlying contract for the buyer’s purchase of “items” (which may refer to goods and/or services) from you is directly concluded between you and the buyer. After a Managed Payments transaction occurs, you will receive a notification confirming such payment transaction via Email. We will initiate settlement of proceeds received to your Linked Paypal Account (as defined in “Seller Onboarding”). You can access the status of your Managed Payments transactions, including settlements and other payment information, under the Dashboard, which will be available to you when you successfully onboard to Managed Payments. If a payment is made to you in error, or if you receive funds that you are not otherwise entitled to receive at the time of disbursement, we have the right to recoup such amounts from you.

By enabling any Third Party Applications, you are expressly permitting us to disclose information regarding you and your business to the operators of such Third Party Applications as necessary to facilitate your use of transaction processing services. You agree to provide all information requested by AstraEx and/or the applicable Third Party Application operator in connection with enabling payment processing, verifying your identity, satisfying IRS reporting obligations and complying with any other legal or compliance requirements, including but not limited to your bank account and routing numbers and Tax ID or Social Security Number. You shall promptly notify AstraEx and/or the applicable Third Party Application operator of any change or update to any information previously provided to AstraEx and/or the applicable Third Party Application operator (as applicable). Your bank and payment account information is stored only with the Third Party Applications you use for transaction processing. AstraEx does not store your payment information on its systems, unless you include your payment information in Your Content, and shall not have any responsibility for the safety or security of that information. The following are some of the Third Party Applications the Service is integrated with for Transaction Processing:

• Paypal. AstraEx uses services provided by Paypal. By using Paypal for payment processing services, you hereby expressly consent that AstraEx may transmit, use, store and transmit to PayPal Your Content as is reasonably necessary in order to provide you with use of PayPal’s services in conjunction with the Service. You may withdraw such consent at any time by disabling use of PayPal services through the Service user interface. If you accept PayPal payments in connection with invoices generated or sent through the Service for amounts due to you from your customers, you agree to publish and abide by a refund policy with respect to such payments that complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

We reserve the right to add/remove any payment method on our site at our sole discretion. The User undertakes not to directly contract or make any direct payments to other Users of AstraEx, with whom he/she has had contacts through this network, other than through the AstraEx platform.

International Sales

• If you receive Payment Services from an AstraEx Paypal account, such entity is appointed to process transactions and manage the settlement of funds related to your sales.
• Your “Payout Entity” is the AstraEx Paypal account associated with the country in which you reside or are established as a business. You will receive all disbursements to your Linked Paypal Account from this entity, regardless of where you list your items.

Payout Currency

Your “Payout Currency” is the currency that we will use for settling your transaction proceeds to your Linked Paypal account. For all countries, the current Payout Currency is the US Dollar. We may enable further Payout Currencies at our sole discretion in the future. Where offered by us and agreed upon by you and your buyer, your buyer may pay for an item you sell with currency other than your Payout Currency. When this happens, the paid amount will be converted into your Payout Currency prior to disbursement of the funds to you, using the applicable transaction exchange rate and assessing the currency conversion charge as indicated on (“Seller Payment Fees”) below.

The fees and expenses which we charge in relation to your use of Managed Payments are, unless otherwise communicated to you, set forth in the fee page

Seller site fee	A Seller Site fee is a charge the seller’s platform takes from each sale. It’s usually a percentage of the item’s price or a flat fee. This fee covers the platform’s services, like processing payments and running the site.	7% of the transaction
Buyer Processing Fee	A buyer processing fee is a charge added to the buyer’s total at checkout. It helps cover the platform’s costs for handling payments and maintaining the site.	2.50 USD Per transaction

Seller Onboarding

In order to use our services, you must register and accept these Payments Terms of Use. Your Managed Payments online registration application constitutes your offer to conclude this agreement. If your onboarding is not immediately confirmed, you will receive notification that you have been approved to receive services once we have reviewed your information.

To use Managed Payments, you must:

• Link a financial Paypal account, so you may receive settlements of proceeds from Managed Payments to this account (“Linked Paypal Account”). We may require you to keep another payment method on file with us and we may withhold payouts to your Linked Financial Account until you have successfully provided us with such other payment method.
• At this time, you may only use our Payment Services to receive disbursements to a Linked Paypal Account. You may change your Linked Paypal Account at any time as permitted by us. Payouts will be made to your Linked Financial Account subject to (i) your completion of the Linked Paypal Account verification process, and (ii) the completion of our assessment for security and risk purposes and under our anti-money laundering and other legal obligations. Our assessment typically takes up to two (2) days after your completion of the verification process, or longer if any issues or irregularities arise in which case we will complete our assessment without undue delay. By adding a Linked Paypal Account to your AstraEx account, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of, or have the lawful right to use, any Linked Paypal Account you associate with your account. In certain circumstances, we may permit you to direct payouts to a Linked Paypal Account owned or controlled by your legal representative. If you elect to receive payouts to a Linked Paypal Account owned or controlled by a legal representative, you represent and warrant that the legal representative has the authority to receive payouts on your behalf, and you fully release us from any and all liability for losses you may sustain arising from disbursements made by us to the legal representative under these Payments Terms of Use.
• Provide us with all information which we may require for purposes that include: verifying your identity, complying with applicable laws and regulations such as anti-money laundering and sanctions screening obligations, allowing us to manage settlements of your transaction proceeds, and assessing fraud and risk. If you are an individual, this information may include, without limitation, your full name, address, phone number, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, bank account information, and a form of government-issued identification (e.g., a copy of your identity card or driver’s license). If you are a business, this information may include, without limitation, your full business name, address, phone number, entity type, bank account information, tax identification number, and business number, in addition to details regarding your beneficial owner(s), director(s), officer(s), authorized representative, legal representative, and/or primary contact, such as name, contact information, nationality, title, and government-issued identification (such as a United States Social Security Number). You understand that we will be unable to settle your proceeds or issue you any tax documents (such as a United States Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-K).
• Provide us with all information necessary to authenticate you or your payment transactions, which may include validation of your phone number or email. You understand that we may be unable to execute certain transactions or complete certain requests without this information.
• Maintain in a timely manner the accuracy of the information we have on file, and consent to our periodic updating of such stored information based on information provided by you, your bank, or other payments services providers. You will only provide us information about payment or settlement methods that you are authorized to use. You understand that if you update information such as your country of residency, you may need to repeat some or all of the onboarding steps described above to continue using Payment Services.
• Comply with all, and not cause a third party to violate any, applicable laws, regulations, rules, and terms and conditions in connection with your use of the AstraEx Services. You will not use Payment Services to move funds associated with gambling. You understand that some third parties (such as banks, credit and debit card issuers, credit and debit card networks, and payments services providers) may have their own terms and conditions for the payment or settlement methods you or buyers choose to use in connection with payments that we manage, such as terms and conditions that relate to the settlement of funds, chargebacks, prohibited items, and overdrafts. Failure to abide by third-party terms and conditions may result in fees assessed to you, delays in your receipt of funds, or other actions taken by such third parties. You agree that we have no control over, or responsibility or liability for, such fees, delays, or actions.

You authorize us to verify and evaluate information you provide to us, including by verifying the existence of your bank account, verifying your identity and other personal information, obtaining reports from third parties, or comparing information you provide to us with information provided by third parties. Such third parties may include without limitation banks, credit and consumer reporting agencies, data brokers and service providers. We reserve the right to close, suspend, or limit your account or rescind your access to any or all of our services in the event we are unable to obtain or verify any of this information. We are not responsible for any losses suffered by you as a result of incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

Managed Payment Limitations

We do not manage payments for Offline Payment Methods such as Cash payment on pickup. Offline Payment Methods are not covered by the AstraEx’s buyer protection program; additionally, we will not assist buyers or sellers with payment disputes (such as chargebacks) in connection with Offline Payment Methods. Your listings are subject to AstraEx payment policies and any other terms about payments that may appear on the AstraEx Services, including terms relating to the payment and disbursement methods available to you for such listings.

Using Managed Payments – Returns, Cancellations, Refunds & Buyer Protection

If your buyer is entitled to a refund for a return or cancellation for a Managed Payments transaction, based on an agreement between you and the buyer or according to AstraEx policies regarding such transaction, you authorize us to pay to the buyer the corresponding refund amount on your behalf.

Accounts and Payment Modes

Users may register multiple accounts with the same payment mode and may only register one of each payment mode type per user account. Accounts registered are IP locked and will not function in the event of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection begin created.

In the event of a need to change of either the registered email or the Paypal account, a two-factor authentication (2FA) check will occur by sending a confirmation request via email for security purposes.

Clearing Period

A clearing period of 30 days will be made to accommodate the longest types of processing (i.e. Bank Transfer). This condition commences after the item is marked as “Shipped”. Within this timeframe a refund is possible subject to mutual cancellation or arbitration. Notifications will be sent via your registered email.

Auto-completion of Order

Without confirming the completion of Order, the order will be automatically completed after a period of 60 days from point of order confirmation. This is to take into account unforeseen circumstances in delays in delivery and cargo that is significant in volume/size. Notifications will be sent via your registered email.

Refund Policy

Subject to the above terms of the Clearing period and other policies of Mutual Cancellation and Arbitration within the stipulated timeframe of the Clearing Period, the platform will be able to facilitate the full refund of your transaction from a secure holdings account.

Conditions for Sellers/Businesses

This section applies to sellers/businesses who have set up the store on AstraEx and selling their products. Your shop represents you and your business to AstraEx. It’s important that you, your items and your shop are honestly and accurately represented.

By listing a product for sale on AstraEx you understand and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the products you list for sale, including any required labels and warnings. AstraEx assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, labelling, or content of your listings.

By selling on AstraEx, you agree that you will:

• Provide honest, accurate information in your shop on AstraEx.
• Honour the AstraEx policies.
• Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings, abide by AstraEx policies, including our Anti-Discrimination policy.
• Accurately represent your items in listings and listing photos and assign posts and requests in correct categories and subcategories.
• Adhere to the Images, videos and text policy of AstraEx. If you feel someone has violated your intellectual property rights, you can report it to AstraEx.
• Not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Not create duplicate shops or take any other action (such as manipulating clicks, baskets or sales) for the purpose of shilling, manipulating search or circumventing AstraEx policies.
• Not coordinate pricing with other sellers.

Featured Ad conditions

Featured ads will be up for a period of 15 days and the pricings are USD 10, 5 and 1.5 respectively for Homepage, Parent Category and Sub Category.

Maximum allowable limit – Images

The maximum allowable limit is 10MB for both Cover images and other images.

Unresponsive Accounts

Sellers will be marked as “Unresponsive” in their statuses if 10 or more proposed orders are left unanswered.

Pending Orders

Sellers must accept or cancel the order within 24 hours, otherwise the order will automatically be cancelled and the buyer will be refunded.

User Content and Conduct

All information, classified ads, data, text, software, music, photographs, graphics, images, avatars, video, messages, advertisements, ideas, reviews, opinions, questions, suggestions and other materials (“Content”) that are posted, e-mailed, transmitted, uploaded or otherwise submitted through your use of the Site are submitted at your own risk and are your sole responsibility. If you are posting Content generated by or on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of that third party and to bind them to these Terms. You should not submit any Content that may cause harm or injury to any party. Do not publicly disclose any personal information about yourself or others.

You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct when using the Site. Misuse or unauthorized use of the Site, its contents, AstraEx’s network and systems, or of any information, images or other materials on the Site is strictly prohibited, and AstraEx reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to immediately suspend or terminate access by any user who is using, or who AstraEx reasonably believes may be using the Site or its contents in violation of these Terms. You agree that you will use the Site, including all Content, only in ways that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms, accepted Internet protocol, and applicable rules, policies and guidelines. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, by using the Site, you agree not to:

• interfere or attempt to interfere with, or obtain unauthorized access to, AstraEx or its Third Party Content providers’ content, data, computers, systems or system security;
• upload, post, distribute, e-mail or otherwise publish or make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of unauthorized commercial communication, or to “hack” or “phish” us or other users;
• solicit or otherwise attempt to collect, discover, store or disseminate passwords, email addresses, addresses, telephone numbers, personally identifying information, or other non-public information from AstraEx or other users;
• create usernames that are objectionable, including those that utilize typographical obfuscations;
• defame, abuse, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including rights regarding privacy and publicity;
• download any file posted by someone else that you know, or should reasonably know, cannot be legally distributed;
• modify, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, display, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any Content (other than your own) to any third party, or establish a link from any other site to the Site, without our prior consent;
• impersonate anyone else, or create user accounts by automated means or under false pretences;
• remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from our materials, or from materials created by others, without prior permission;
• submit Content that falsely expresses or implies that it is approved or endorsed by us or others;
• upload, post, distribute, e-mail or otherwise publish or make available any Content that you know to be inaccurate or misleading, or that is illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, harmful, vulgar, sexually explicit, threatening, tortuous, harassing, abusive, invasive of another user’s privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable, or which promotes hatred, physical harm or injury against any person or group;
• upload, post, distribute, e-mail or otherwise publish or make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, and proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of an employment relationship or under a non-disclosure agreement);
• upload, post, distribute, e-mail or otherwise publish or make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party including, without limitation, posting an unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work;
• upload, post, distribute, e-mail or otherwise publish or make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or system, website, application, telecommunications, or other equipment; or
• otherwise use the Site in a manner that could, in AstraEx’s sole opinion, adversely affect the ability of other users to use the Site, any Content, the Internet, or any sites supplied by Third Party Content providers.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to remove or block access to any Content, and/or to ban users who violate these Terms from using the Site. We also reserve the right to reveal users’ identities (or any other information that we may know about users, including IP address(es)) in the event of a complaint or legal action, including a request by law enforcement authorities. AstraEx takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for unauthorized modifications, or for any information posted, uploaded or otherwise added to the Site by any party other than AstraEx.

You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to Content that is incomplete, inaccurate, high risk, unlawful, offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury (including, but not limited to, death or economic loss) related to, or arising from the use or loss of, any Content (whether yours, ours or someone else’s) including, but not limited to, as a result of any errors or omissions in any Content or in the Site.

Limited License and Site Access; Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) resell or make any commercial use of this Site or any of the contents of this Site; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or convert any of the contents of this Site not intended to be so read; (c) copy, imitate, mirror, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, perform, post or transmit any of the contents of this Site in any form or by any means; or (d) use any data mining, bots, spiders, automated tools or similar data gathering and extraction methods on the contents of the Site or to collect any information from the Site or any other user of the Site.

You use this Site at your own risk. You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and all of your communication and activity on this Site. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis and any decision to do so is final.

Accounts, Registrations, and Passwords

If you use this Site and such use requires setting up an account and/or password(s), you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer.  If you open an account, register, or otherwise provide us with any information, you agree to provide us with current, complete, and accurate information as requested by any forms. AstraEx is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to any inquiry or request caused by any outdated or incorrect information provided by you or any technical problems beyond the control of AstraEx. You acknowledge and agree that any login, identifier, or password issued in connection with this Site (each a “Password”) is confidential information and must be kept secure. You may not disclose such a Password to another person or entity or permit another entity to access the Site using such a Password. You must notify AstraEx immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. AstraEx cannot be responsible and disclaims all liability in connection with, the use of any information that you post or display on this Site.

Intellectual Property Rights – Images, Videos & Text Policy

Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you concerning any copyright, designs, and trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights mentioned, displayed, or relating to the Content (defined below) on the Site. Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you concerning any copyright, designs, and trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights mentioned, displayed, or relating to the Content (defined below) on the Site. All Content, including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site, are protected by national intellectual property and other laws wherever applicable. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or other use of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. In addition to the intellectual property rights mentioned above, “Content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio, or text on the Site.

You are allowed to:

1. Use images, videos or text on AstraEx as long as your use of that content does not infringe third-party rights and the content follows our Offensive materials policy.
2. Contact the seller if your image, video or text is being used by them and ask them to remove copyrighted material. Enforcement can be assisted by staff by contacting us and raising a Ticket.
3. Include pictures, video and text related to purchase when leaving feedback

You are not allowed to:

1. Use images or videos from a manufacturer’s website, even if it is publicly available except where it is your own. Copying content from other websites or internet searches may be considered copyright infringement.
2. Poor quality – A video that is blurry, undefined or distorted is considered poor quality and not allowed
3. Illegal content – See the Illegal explicit content policy for more information
4. Offensive content – Promotion or glorified hatred, violence or discrimination aren’t allowed. See the Offensive materials policy for more information
5. Nudity and sexual content – Videos and images may not include nudity or displays of sexually oriented content. See the Adult items policy for more information
6. Infringing content – Video, images or audio content that is used without permission from the respective rights owner is not allowed
7. Directing buyers off AstraEx – Videos, images or audio content including any contact information, web links, URLs or calls to action that ask viewers to take actions on other sites (for example, “Go to xyz.com to learn more”) are not allowed. See Offering to buy or sell outside AstraEx for more information
8. The publishing of any personally identifiable information

Offensive Materials Policy

Listings or content that promote, perpetuate or glorify hatred, violence, or discrimination, including on the grounds of race, ethnicity, color, religion, disability, national origin, sex, gender and gender identity or sexual orientation, aren’t allowed. This includes but is not limited to the following:

• Slurs or epithets of any kind
• Slavery items, including reproductions, such as tags, shackles, documents, bills of sale, etc.
• Items with racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise demeaning portrayals, for example through caricatures or other exaggerated features, including figurines, cartoons, housewares, historical advertisements, and golliwogs
• Black Americana items that are discriminatory
• Confederate battle flag and related items with its image
• Historical Holocaust-related and Nazi-related items, including reproductions
• Any item that is anti-Semitic or any item from after 1933 that bears a swastika
• Media identified as Nazi propaganda
• Listings that imply or promote support of, membership in, or funding of a terrorist organization

Illegal explicit content policy

• We never allow any listings or content depicting or describing child pornography, whether real or fictionalized
• We never allow any listings or content depicting or describing bestiality, torture, snuff films, necrophilia, rape, scat, incest, or other illegal or obscene content, whether real or fictionalized

Offering to buy or Sell outside AstraEx

Buyers and sellers can’t:

• Engage in any action with a user on the site designed to complete or facilitate a transaction outside of AstraEx
• Share or request direct contact information prior to completing a sale. This includes:
  • Name
  • Addresses
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Social media ID
  • Instant messenger ID
  • External website addresses (URLs)
  • Payment information
  • Bank details
• In any communications with another AstraEx member, refer to or promote external websites that facilitate sales outside of AstraEx
• Use contact information obtained through an AstraEx transaction to offer to buy or sell an item outside of AstraEx
• List an item and then mention or link to additional identical or related items for sale outside of AstraEx
• Offer catalogs or other items that are used to order items directly outside of AstraEx

Buyers and sellers should:

• Complete purchases on AstraEx in order to be covered by AstraEx Paypal protections. Confirmation of a completed transaction on AstraEx can be obtained by:
  • Using the AstraEx checkout to complete the purchase
  • Viewing the purchase in purchase or sales history
• Use Custom Offers and its transactions to accept offers for items and negotiate a price
