A small carbon steel drum equipped with special designed shovels for perfect mixture and more efficient heat transfer to coffee

beans during roasting process.

Large cooler with stainless steel shovel and a high flow fan for a fast cooling of coffee beans to lock in the aroma.

An insulated combustion chamber, fabricated from heat resistant materials, allows heating the air to the defined temperature by

the mean of a high efficiency burner.

A manual volume damper for adjusting air flow through the roasting drum.

A thermometer gauge, a probe and a sight glass permits an accurate monitoring of the temperature of coffee beans and

its status during the whole roasting process.
