The Dual Chamber afterburner is designed to run two coffee roasters side by side simultaneously utilising the one main insulated flue system. Ideally this is suited to coffee roasting companies upgrading from current setups that want to be able to clean exhaust emissions whilst saving on setup costs.

This afterburner features a partitioned insulated chamber with two seperate roaster exhaust inlets. The chambers then exhaust through a segented Y-Piece duct into a 2 part main unsulated flue section designed to manage the dual air volumes of two roastes without back pressure.

This system cut the upgrade costs for coffee roasting companies by eliminating the need for two seperate expensive afterburners with two seperate insulated ducting systems. In most instance we also integrate the cooling exhausts into the one system meaning there is on the one roof penetration for ducting.

The Air Heat Burner assists in greatly reducing gas running costs as it allows the afterburner to run in low fire between roasts with high fire being triggered by bean temperature or timer during roasting. Please enquire to find out more about this option.
