he SF-75 is the largest drum coffee roaster available from the San Franciscan Roaster Company. Despite its size and power, The SF-75 is one of the quietest roasters in the world. It is robust, yet easy to handle and responsive to the most discerning of roastmaster controls. With its ability to roast 300 lbs of green coffee per hour, the SF-75 is perfect for artisan roasters with several coffee houses or with a strong wholesale program. As a manual drum coffee roaster, the SF-75 boasts a comfortable low-profile operator interface along with the classic San Franciscan Roaster styling. A Robust, Beautiful, and Environmentally Friendly Drum Coffee Roaster
The SF-75 is built for the artisan roaster. It features independent, 3-phase motors with variable speed capability controls on drum drive and hot air for those who desire precise control over conductive/convective heat transfer. In order to reduce environmental impact, the SF-75 features an energy saving afterburner with modulating controls which cleans both hot and cool air. As a continuous batch roaster, the SF-75 roasts and cools at the same time. For this reason, the SF-75 can do four roasts per hour (300 lbs). Roasting time is 13 to 15 minutes. You can customize your very own SF-75 with optional features that can suit your individual requirements. The hot and cooling air vent, afterburner, and cyclone-chaff collector can be modified to suit low ceilings.
Manual, Flexible Precision for Roasting
The SF-75 is the most flexible large-capacity drum coffee roaster on the market. It provides the same degree of control on roasts as our other smaller drum coffee roasters. Even though it’s a manual roaster, the SF-75 can be fitted with a roaster controller for programming roast profiles.
