Packing

NPK Expert offers contract packing services by combined packaging with electronic marking from 5kg to 1000kg. Usually we deal with standard woven bags from 25 to 1000 kg, polyethylene bags from 1 to 25 kg and packages that require high precision like specialty designed cardboard boxes. From 2012 "private label" option has been offered. This service gained much of attention among numerous companies in Baltic and Scandinavia during these last years. Quality

For quality control we cooperate with Inspectorate Latvia (a group of Bureau Veritas). Their reviews are used to check both - the raw material suppliers and the quality of our own production. To guarantee the quality of the origin, manufacturer’s certificates are provided. For clients we provide quality guarantees by being a licensed producer of mineral fertilizers in the EU market.

Logistics

We provide a direct supply chain management by road, sea or railway to five continents to reach distributors or end users. Our transport routes goes through the Baltic and North Seas choosing the most trustable logistic partners in the world. We have the history of successful deliveries to the most challenging destinations like Burundi, Rwanda, Chad, Senegal and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

About Us

We are leading manufacturer of high quality fertilizer blends produced for different cultures worldwide like crops, vegetables, fruits, coffee, tobacco and more. Various items and products can be found in our product list - from mono fertilizers and standard bulk blends till the most complicated ones. Our specialists has developed more than 150 fertilizer formulas for agriculture needs around the globe. Since 2006 we are exporting directly to South America and Africa. Our capacity allow us to produce 20 000 to 25 000 tons per month. The blending equipment for 5 components and various micro element adding units is capable of producing 80 tons per hour. We provide many packaging options from 1 kg to 1000 kg and storing possibilities at our warehouses. Cargo rails are built just right into the territory of our factory linking us directly with suppliers and, after packaging, the port is just couple of yards away. By 2014 our products has been shipped to Peru, Guyana, Republic of Dominican, Zambia, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Kuwait, Senegal, Burundi, Cameroon, Mozambique, Burkina Faso.
