White Pepper 600GL

White and the black peppers come from the same plant but they are processing differently. in the production, the dark outer skin of the pepper fruit is removed by soaking.

This dried pepper is white to cream in color because we removed the outer skin. other attributes are the same as black peppers. in the production of pepper, we are carefully selecting large seeds (fully ripe pepper) for white pepper production so it produces 600gl pepper.

White pepper tastes hotter than the black pepper. so usually use for aesthetic purposes.

Where does white pepper come from?

Actually, it comes from black pepper but the growing areas Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia etc,

Research shows that Sri Lankan black pepper has more piperine content than other countries in the world market.
