The refining chamber has an "8" shaped cross section that provides substantially more area for transferring heat to the cooling jacket and keeping the dough temperature low. The cooling water recirculates through a uniquely designed passage through automatic temperature control. All parts in contact with the grinding are specially treated to resist wear. It includes an additional 100 liter capacity tank where the finished dough is discharged. The machine has a new automatic greasing system to reduce maintenance times.
